Today, the boys hosted a talented East Riding Rangers Blacks side in what turned out to be a great day of football.

Right from the kickoff, the boys shot out of the blocks with energy and enthusiasm, putting on a super performance in the first game. Their teamwork shone brightly as they played some excellent free-flowing football, resulting in a number of excellent goals.

In the second game, however, East Riding found their rhythm and began to impose themselves on the match. They capitalized on a few moments when our boys were caught out of position and displayed clinical finishing.

Ari was voted as the Parents' Player of the Match, while the Coaches' Player award went to Ralph.

Overall, it was a great display of sportsmanship and talent from both teams.

After our home match was called off due to a frozen pitch, the Tigers made their way across to Hull University’s 3G to face a strong Westella Willerby side. With a depleted squad, the Tigers started slowly in the first quarter, struggling to find their rhythm.

However, as the game progressed, the boys began to settle down and gradually clawed their way back into contention. Their determination paid off, and they ended the game on a very positive note, showcasing their resilience and teamwork.

The scoreline reflected their efforts: goals from Ari, Rory, and a brace from Arthur highlighted the team's fighting spirit. Seb earned the well-deserved Man of the Match for his outstanding performance in goal.

Well done boys on a superb first phase of football.

On a chilly autumn morning, the Tigers traveled to Hessle to take on the Vikings in an exciting matchup. The game proved to be very physical, but the boys rose to the occasion, applying the skills they had been learning in training. They settled in quickly, moving the ball with purpose and precision, which led to some fantastic goals.

Ari was a standout player, scoring an impressive 9 goals, while Ralph added 3 to the tally. Josh Webb and Rory each contributed with a goal, and our captain for the day, William, played a vital role in leading the team whilst also getting on the scoresheet.

Well done, boys! Let’s bring that same energy to our last game of Phase 1 next week!

On Remembrance Day, the Tigers gathered at the Bullfield to welcome the Malet Vikings, a moment marked by both reflection and camaraderie. After a heartfelt tribute to honor the day, the atmosphere shifted from solemnity to excitement as the game kicked off.

The boys displayed impressive teamwork, executing quick passes that flowed seamlessly across the pitch. Their hard work paid off as they scored a series of well-crafted goals, showcasing their skills and determination. Captain Seb led by example, fostering an encouraging spirit among the players.

Arthur stood out as the star of the match, netting an incredible seven goals, while Ari contributed five to the tally. Ralph followed with three goals, and Hugo, Rory, Josh, Will, and Webb each added to the score, demonstrating the depth of talent within the team.

As the final whistle blew, the Tigers celebrated not just their victory, but also the spirit of togetherness that Remembrance Day inspired. It was a day to remember, filled with both respect and triumph on the field.

A very competitive game for the u7 tigers today against Riley Rangers.

It was almost a throwback to the old days with lots of long balls been played into our box.

The boys works tirelessly with only two goals scored in the games.

Some great passing and team play opened up a number of opportunities and on another day we would have had a hatful. However, that’s football and the boys did well to grind out a result.

Today the tigers welcomed a much improved north ferriby to the bully field.

Under some wet and windy conditions the boys played really good football and scored some excellent goals.
