There will be a free taster hoop sessions for anyone who's interested in learning how to hula hoop in the Arena 2 space at 12.30!

I not only teach hula hooping but I make all the hula hoops used in my classes as well. I've been taping hula hoops for a good 10 years and making them for the last year 😁

Have you ever thought about trying hula hooping?

Hooping with Violet offers hour long hula hooping classes in Essex for adults that actually teach the tricks. You'll burn calories, tone up, boost health and flexibility and learn a new skill.
Plus it's fun and doesn't feel like exercise!

💜 Both 4 and 6 week courses available as well as taster and single lessons.
💜 Learn up to 40 tricks per course.
💜 Learn weekly sequences for flow and to practice putting the tricks together
💜 Learn a new skill to impress your friends with and join in with the kids
💜 Team building games and challenges
💜 Just £8 per lesson when booked as part of a course

Things to note:
🤍 You do not need to know how to hula hoop before you come to class
🤍 Hula hoops are provided but you can always have your own bespoke hoop made for you
🤍 Low impact on the body but exercises all the same muscles and gets your heart going the same as traditional gym sessions
🤍 comfy clothing and closed toe trainers are recommended
🤍 your teacher is a professionally trained hula hooper working in the circus and a certified hoop instructor

Calling all Essex mums!

I have a new Kids Hula Hooping course starting this Friday.

The kids will learn how to hula hoop and all the hula hoop tricks you see professionals performing as well as games, challenges and weekly sequences for them to try.

This is an after school class on Fridays from 4.30pm till 5.30pm
Classes work out at £7.50 a class when booked as a course.

Hula hoops are provided although they can bring their own if they wish.

Are you looking to kick start your fitness goals this year but also want to learn a new skill
Then why not give hula hooping class a try.

My next block of classes start on the 8th January
Classes are just £8 per hour lesson when booked as a course.

Hula hooping is a great way to exercise. It's low impact and so suitable for everyone.
You'll exercise every muscle group as well as building strength, coordination and flexibility. You'll learn the tricks as well as weekly flows and dances.

I have multiple level courses available and all ability levels are welcome including complete beginners.
