ment. Pilates Spine Care instructor and pre and post natal. Trigger Point Pilates combines Pilates’ core moves with trigger point releases and is focused on releasing tight muscles by using a selection of equipment. The class is designed to enhance daily movement, restructure your body, help hydrate and lubricate your fascia and release tension. Perfect if you are a sat at a desk all day or feel tight from stress or over exercising. As a fully trained Biomechanics Coach, my skills are focused in identifying areas at risk of injury within your body. This is done by a series of screens of the pelvis, shoulders, spine, knees, feet, nerves and muscles to see whether they are functioning correctly. After each assessment - rehab releases, exercises and stretches are provided.

MELT is a gentle self-treatment method using soft balls and rollers to help calm the nervous system, reduce aches and stiffness, and improve how the body moves and feels.

You do not need to be flexible or experienced and perfect if you experience:

Join me for a gentle evening designed to help you fully switch off, release the week, and head into the weekend feeling calmer, lighter, and more restored.

This session will also include a MELT foot treatment and your feet are far more important than you might think…

Your feet are the foundation of your entire body. When they’re stiff, tired, or disconnected, it can affect everything from your balance and posture to your knees, hips, and back.

Through simple, gentle techniques, we’ll:
✨ Reconnect your body from the ground up
✨ Improve balance and body awareness
✨ Encourage fluid movement throughout the whole body
✨ Create a sense of ease, not just in your feet, but everywhere

It’s always amazing how something so simple can create such powerful, whole-body changes.
