Phil uses the Optimum Performance Training model to design an individual training plan to meet each client’s unique fitness objectives. This could be weight loss, incre
ased cardiovascular endurance, improved flexibility, greater strength, etc. The training can take place either using Phil’s home gym or Phil can visit your home. Thorough sanitisation will be carried out between each customer visit. Phil offers sessions either 30, 45 or 60 minutes duration to suit client ability and availability.
