It was a great turn out again this morning, well done ladies & gents!! 🤩

During the hotter weather I'm adapting the timings and exercises to be less strenuous. We stayed under the tree, where it was shady, with a lovely cool breeze! 🌳

Plus, I brought everyone an ice pop to have afterwards 🩵

🌳 Charlton Park 🌳 We'll be here every Tuesday & Friday at 9:10am, and Saturdays at 9am! (NO Saturday Session on July 4th)
