This feels a little scary to share because it’s something I’ve never really done before!!!!
Over the past few months I’ve been navigating burnout and recovery, and I just want to say a genuine thank you to this community for the patience, kindness, and understanding you’ve shown me while I’ve been finding my feet again 🩵
Recovery isn’t linear, and over the last couple of weeks I’ve taken a small side step to protect the progress I’ve made, not to go backwards… but to make sure I can move forward stronger.
My BIGGEST intention is to go into 2026 as the healthiest version of myself, for me and for the people I support through this business.🥰🥹
As we head into Christmas, I’ll be using some time off to properly rest, reset, and spend time away from my phone… something I’ve realised plays a bigger role in burnout than I ever expected.
PLEASE KNOW this is NOT a goodbye or a step away from GNix Fitness. If anything, it’s a BIG REMINDER that we’re still here, still building, and still deeply grateful for every single person who’s part of this community.
And as always, just a gentle reminder to all of YOU that as Christmas approaches it doesn’t have to be perfect. There’s no pressure to do it all, be jolly every day, feel it all, or be “on” all the time. Rest is productive, slowing down is allowed, and looking after yourself matters just as much as showing up for everyone else 🩵
Thank you for coming along with us for this (very bumpy) ride that was 2025…
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year ✨❤️
