JLA Swim School We are a swim school based at Langley Hall Primary Academy on Monday - Friday between 5.30pm and 7pm.

We teach children from 3 years and up, focusing on water confidence, technique and safety in a fun and engaging environment.

🧠 Children's Mental Health Week 🧠

This week is all about raising awareness and supporting our children's mental well-being, and I want to take a moment to talk about something close to my heart- advocacy.

Every child deserves to have their voice heard, especially when it comes to their mental health.
Advocacy means standing up for their needs, ensuring they receive the support they deserve and empowering them to thrive in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a Mummy of two, and someone who has work in the SEND and neurodiversity field for over a decade, I've seen firsthand how powerful it is when we give children the tools and support they need to express themselves and give them our patience and understanding.

No child should ever feel invisible or unheard. Whether it's in the classroom, at home or in healthcare settings, advocating for children means fighting for their rights, their happiness, their voice and their future.

Can you commit to listening, supporting and championing the voices of our little ones, today and every day?
