OPPONENT WITHDRAWN

Unfortunately, my opponent has withdrawn from our fight on Saturday after reportedly suffering a back injury.

I’m extremely disappointed. It’s been a long and demanding camp, and a lot of hard work has gone into preparing for this opportunity. If you commit to a fight, you should be prepared to see it through.

After speaking with my coach and the promoters, we have agreed to pursue another title fight, which will be announced this week.

As a result, I will no longer be boxing on Saturday. I was offered a replacement opponent, but at this stage of my career I’m focused on meaningful fights and title opportunities.

InshaAllah, a new fight date will be announced this weekend.

Anyone who has purchased tickets can either transfer them to the new date or receive a refund if preferred.

May Allah ﷻ make us even a small fraction of our idols, if that is all we achieve, i would be content. Boxing keeps us away from darker paths, and we do the best we can through it to benefit the Ummah. We don’t claim it’s right, only that we repent and try. Through strength and restraint, we show that believers are not weak. Allah ﷻ knows our intentions.

Fight Update!

My fight has now been rescheduled to the following weekend: Saturday, 13th December 2025 at Sir James Hawkey Hall, Woodford (IG8 0BG). This change is due to my original opponent withdrawing for personal reasons.

The bout is still going ahead at a new venue, and I’ll be facing a strong, game opponent. I’ll also be competing on the same show as Qasim Kayani so if you haven’t got your ticket yet get them asap! Inshallah it will@be an explosive night of boxing.

If you already have tickets, please return any outstanding tickets before Saturday so they can be exchanged for the new ones.
