So many of us reach midlife having become incredibly good at pushing through. We carry on when we’re exhausted, ignore the whispers from our bodies, put everyone else first and wonder why we feel so disconnected from the woman we used to be.

But perhaps you’re not meant to go backwards. Perhaps this chapter is asking you to meet the woman you’re becoming — with more compassion, more awareness and a deeper understanding of what your body, nervous system and soul need now.

That’s really what The Radiant Woman is about. Not becoming someone new, but finding your way back to yourself. 💚

A cup of tea, a fresh page and lots of thoughts about the women I’ll be welcoming into The Radiant Woman this September. 💚

Whenever I create this programme, I don’t begin by asking “What am I going to teach?”

I begin with “How do I want her to feel?”

I want her to feel supported. Seen. More at home in her body.

Less exhausted by constantly pushing through. And perhaps most importantly, excited about the woman she is becoming.

So that’s what I’m sitting with today… creating, tweaking and making space for something that feels really rather special.
