Hi, I’m Elizabeth

I'm the author of an accredited online training course called The Baby Class Blueprint, where I train women to start and run multi-sensory baby development classes and businesses so they can teach with confidence, skill, and long-term sustainability.

I've spent over 20 years teaching multi award winning baby and toddler classes & am a classically trained musician, Montessori teacher, baby music expert & baby massage & baby yoga teacher.

I started out planning my classes scribbled on the back of envelopes, l've worried about filling classes, paying venue rents. I've packed & unpacked cars in the rain, set prices, had many confidence wobbles, alongside juggled raising our 3 beautiful sons with building businesses.

I didn't scale, or franchise, wasn't interested, I just kept going and built two sustainable businesses from scratch that I loved and were much loved by the families who came.

Those experiences are at the heart of everything I teach now.
I work with women who:
💫want to start multi sensory baby classes but don't know where to begin
💫already run classes and realised it's easy, lonely or ready to upscale
💫don't want to buy a franchise or script care deeply about babies, parents, and doing this work
well

Blueprint isn't about becoming someone else copying their content exactly.

It's about supporting you to build a business that is you. A business with your values, your energy, that works around your family and life.

There are lots of ways to start multi sensory baby development classes & businesses. This is how I choose to teach it.

I don't promise quick wins, overnight success, or "easy money". Instead I teach a framework that can be repeated not a formula to be copied blindly, I don't believe confidence comes from copying someone else's content.

What I do believe in is:
- solid foundations
- really understanding infant development and maternal wellbeing, not just activities
- realistic pricing and sustainable energy
- businesses that still feel good years down the line
- teachers who trust themselves in the room

I want women I train to build classes and businesses they can actually sustain. Not just for a bit while their little ones are small but as a credible career option that works around their families

Blueprint is built around standards, not shortcuts.
Around care, community not pressure.
Around work that feels honest, thoughtful, and sustainable.

If that sounds like your kind of approach, you'll probably feel very at home here.
If not, that's okay too.

I'm not interested in being the industry's loudest, the biggest training school. I care about babies and new parents having the very best experiences in classes & I care about my student community

So, what is The Baby Class Blueprint?

It's an accredited training programme for women who want to start, or grow, multi-sensory baby development classes, without joining a franchise or buying a licence.

Blueprint is for you if you want to:
💫understand infant development and maternal wellbeing, not just follow preset activities or trends design classes that support every area of infant
development & maternal wellbeing,
💫build a business that's sustainable, not exhausting, a business that fits around you & your family not the other way round

This isn't a quick course or a content library to skim and forget.

It's been a year where l've felt joy every single day.
I'm honestly, truly grateful for you all.
I'm switching off the laptop until January 5th & giving myself the gift of time with the ones I love best.

I very much hope you give yourself the same gift this Christmas, time away from your business, guilt free time without feeling the need to plan, reflect or show up on socials (unless you want too).

Exactly a year ago today I quietly released something small that's helped a lot of women take their first steps into this industry with confidence
The Baby Class Income Calculator.

It's a free, no strings attached resource I wish l'd had before I even began to talk about wanting to run baby classes. It's simple, honest and clear, yep, it's a does what it says on the tin thing!

Just a spreadsheet that works so you can put into it your real numbers and make real decisions.

And a year on, that's still what I love about it.

It stops you having to guess if starting your own independent baby classes is genuinely possible., It helps you see if you can cover venue hire, nursery fees, insurance, equipment, travel etc and still be able to take a wage. I’m pretty sure nobody decides to start their own independent multi sensory baby development classes because they want to be stuck forever planning lessons, hoping to finally find the content, the flow that works.

I didn’t want that but that’s what happened in my first year of running classes.

I may have been physically present with my babies but mentally?

My mind was constantly whirling away planning the next day, the next week of classes. Plan your half term in advance? Stuff of dreams!

I learnt the hard way exactly how to write lesson plans that work, that support every single area of infant development & maternal wellbeing so you don’t need too.

Currently (not) running my business from bed because I’m resting, recovering

I’ve not been popping up this week & I won’t be & that’s ok

I’m here training & supporting women to build businesses that work around real lives & that’s exactly how I’m building my own.

Real life isn’t all sunshine, bubbles & unicorns. Sometimes it’s snotty noses, lemsips & bodies that hurt

So I’m taking time out from social media, (turning up today just to appease the algorithm gods) to rest & recover, lie on the settee & groan at my increasingly bored of listening family

You can still buy Sensory Parachutes & Blueprint - husband & boys are despatching & posting out but I won’t be chatting on DMs or zoom for a bit

Remember, don’t build a business you are too scared to ‘call in sick’ too

I hear it a lot (and if I’m honest I’ve heard it a lot over the last 20+ yrs, since the day I started my baby classes) the baby class market is over saturated

Yes it’s busy

But there are more than enough babies for everyone.

Many many classes are thriving & they are the ones that feel right for families, unique, offer real value & connection. The ones that go the extra mile & have outstanding customer service

If you’re thinking of starting, don’t let the noise stop you.

Build with integrity, with values & knowledge & you’ll do just fine

Save this for a day when you need reminding - there’s room for you in the incredible industry

Just occurred to me, (this post is definitely not what I’d scheduled for today) I love what I’ve built & am building with Blueprint (it’s grown into a gorgeous, global movement not just a course ) I’m dead proud of it if I’m honest.

I know how transformational it is (and I’m my own worst critic) & what a fabulous community it is so brace yourselves my lovelies.

I’m owning it, showing up, leading. I owe it to my students & my family to celebrate it & celebrate it I will (yesterday was the line in the sand as they say)

Stepping into my October energy as my favourite season of all, Winter approaches

Doors are always open, because when you know you know & when you’re ready, you’re ready
