ular interest in working with equestrians, helping them move, feel and perform better both on and off the horse. Incorporating the concept of an 'Optimised Equestrian' - her focus is on building awareness, alignment, balance, symmetry, co-ordination, suppleness, and core strength so you can take your riding to the next level, achieve your goals, or just enjoy your riding. Michelle has studied with a number of Equestrian based Training Organisations including EquiPilates, Train Your Seat, Neurocentrics Rider and the Equestrian Fitness Institute. From a riding perspective, she is a Equipilates Biomechanics Trainer, and a 4 star Train Your Seat / Franklin Method Equestrian Biomechanics Trainer, including a certified Franklin Ball Trainer. She is currently training with the Neurocentric Rider organisation, to add brain-based biomechanics to her repertoire. From a Fitness Perspective, she is a certified as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor, a Personal Trainer, a Group Gym Instructor and holds a specialist certificate in Equestrian Fitness. She offers 'on your horse' and 'riding simulator' biomechanics lessons, off the horse rider biomechanics assessments, rider-focused personal training, rider conditioning bootcamps, and group fitness and Pilates classes. She also offers in person and online informative workshops designed to help you optimise your skills and movement when riding. She regularly holds classes and clinics in Lincolnshire, but is available to provide workshops in surrounding counties.
