**NOTICE PLEASE READ**

Running a small business means every hour matters ⏰

Recently, I’ve had a few last-minute cancellations “at the drop of a hat,” and while I completely understand that life happens, those missed sessions are time slots that someone else could have taken.

To keep things fair for everyone and to protect my time, I’ll be sticking closely to my cancellation policy moving forward. As a reminder, sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

Going forward, all appointments will need to be paid for in advance to secure your slot. This helps ensure commitment and allows me to offer availability to those who are ready and able to train.

This works both ways too — if I ever have to cancel at short notice, I will always honour that session for you.

Thank you to everyone who respects and supports my time and business – it really doesn’t go unnoticed 🤍

Today I received a message that genuinely stopped me in my tracks.
When someone takes the time to say that what you’re offering children is a “great opportunity” and that safe exercise and nutritional guidance could have a positive impact on their whole lives… it really hits differently.
Behind every session is hard work, planning, studying, safeguarding, organising, juggling family life and showing up consistently — even on the tired days.
So to receive messages like this reminds me that the effort is worth it. The late nights are worth it. The passion is worth it.
I’m so incredibly grateful for the trust parents place in me and for the support around my children’s PT sessions.
We’re not just building fitness… we’re building confidence, habits and foundations for life.

Wow, I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has shown interest in my Children’s Personal Training sessions recently. The support, messages and bookings honestly mean so much 💛

My diary is now almost full, which is amazing, but also means availability is becoming very limited.

If you have been thinking about booking your child in, please get in touch as soon as possible to secure a space and avoid missing out. Once the remaining slots are gone, I will be starting a waiting list.

Thank you again for trusting me with your children’s fitness, confidence and development – it really is a privilege to be part of their journey.

Being a personal trainer isn’t just about reps, sets and gym sessions.

It’s juggling school runs, packed lunches, appointments, housework and running a business… all while raising three children at home. One with high-functioning autism, one with suspected ADHD, and all with their own unique needs, personalities and challenges.

That lived experience matters.
It’s why I have so much patience, empathy and understanding when I work with people. I’ve supported clients with injuries, special needs, children and adults who just need someone to truly listen and adapt sessions to them.

Life isn’t one-size-fits-all. Training shouldn’t be either.

I’m proud of the balance I manage every day (just) 🤣 – the gym, the home, the hard days, the wins – and I wouldn’t change it for anything.

If you’ve ever felt like fitness wasn’t built for people with real lives… trust me, I get it.

Today was all about helping people feel better and more confident in the gym 💪✨
I worked with a lovely lady who’s been struggling with a shoulder problem, focusing on correct movement, pain-free exercises and building strength safely so she can train without fear or discomfort.
I also helped a young gentleman who felt unsure and lacked confidence in the gym. We went through a full gym induction, breaking everything down step by step, learning how to use the equipment properly and building the confidence to train independently.
This is what personal training is really about —

✔️ Creating a gym experience that feels supportive, not intimidating
