🚨 2 DAYS TO GO 🚨

The countdown is on for our next HYROX Simulation at Hybrid Club!

Whether you’re taking on the Full HYROX, Half HYROX, or Doubles event, we’re looking forward to seeing everyone on the start line this Sunday.

We will be holding a mandatory athlete briefing before the first wave starts. This will cover:
βœ… Event format
βœ… Running route
βœ… Station standards
βœ… Judge expectations
βœ… Safety information
βœ… Opportunity to ask questions

Even if your start time is later in the morning, please make every effort to attend the briefing so everyone receives the same information before competing.

🏁 First wave starts at 09:00

Tuesday night 18:30 is the continuation of one of our new classes HYROX COMPLETE.πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ
A little look into Tuesdays class

Block 1 - station practice-
2 mins work, 15s transition

Zone 1: Athletes perform powerful pushes at competition weight.
Zone 2: Athletes run in a controlled yet uptempo manner.
Zone 3: Aim for maximum wall balls.
Zone 4: Athletes rest after ski erg, targeting 1:15 minimum rest.

Block 2
2x zones work in pairs

Workout is a partner exercise.
For the rower, transitions count in the 60 seconds.
In Zone 2, athletes treat sandbag carries as sprints in an I Go, You Go format.
Practice transitions; athletes should walk together and prepare for the exchange
