3lb & 17cm body fat lost!

With a huge change around the back, waist and hips !!
Shannen came to me with a little goal and 5 weeks to do it!

The goal - to get holiday ready !

What did we do ? Calorie deficit , high protein to name a couple of things.

After not stepping foot in a gym for well over 10 years you’ve gained the confidence to step foot on your own and smash your workouts!

12lb & 22cm lost !

Incredible work Han from been a serial breakfast skipper and not eating enough calories or protein , fast forward 6 weeks and changing your daily habits and look at the results you have gained!

Hannah even had a few days out with friends , yes she still had a social life and still got results!

You literally listened to everything I advised and I could not be more proud of you….

Well here we have the first results of the 6 week program my clients have been taking part in !


Has lost 1st 9lb
And a whopping 50cm in body fat with her hips and waist with the biggest loss.

Harriet you have been amazing throughout you have listened to everything I advised on your journey from eating next to no protein to the right amount, and from not eating enough calories to eating the correct amount and look at the results you have gained from it!

Been amazing seeing you change over the weeks, be extremely proud of yourself as I’m incredibly proud of your hard work and dedication!

I got asked the other day how a client can just loose fat in one area, so I thought this would be a good post!

It’s a well known myth that we can ‘Spot Reduce’ Fat!

If you are following a high protein nutritious diet along with workouts and been in a calorie deficit, you will loose body fat overall not in just one area!

So, while targeting specific body areas during exercise can be effective to build muscle and shape those areas, it won't necessarily help you lose fat in that specific area. Instead, you'll need to address your overall diet to reduce the amount of fat that is stored.

Men and women tend to store fat in different areas. The same can be said for different body types. Fat distribution can also change with age.
Genetics, hormonal factors, are some of the main factors that affect body fat distribution.
Everyone is different, everyone’s body is different !

No one really know what their body is capable of achieving. The only way to know how much you can change your body is to set goals and take consistent steps to reach them.

It’s done! A knew it would be tough but wow it got really tough I’m definitely sticking to lifting weights 🤣.
Huge well done to our little minions who completed 10 miles the heat was just abit too much.
Also a massive well done to the crew who all took part incredibly proud of you all.
Thank you to everyone who organised, helped and made sure we were well fed and watered along the way!
You are all amazing.
