Today we said goodbye to our amazing Zara as she heads off on maternity leave 🤍💐

We have been so lucky to have had Zara teaching at Saige since day one, and we know you have all loved her just as much as we do!

We are going to miss her so much, but don’t worry she will be back next year! .. For now, we will be cheering her on as she starts this very exciting new chapter 🥹🍼

Introducing .. STRENGTH & RESTORE | Our first mum & baby class here at Saige ❤️👶🏼

Your baby is your new gym buddy!
A supportive postnatal mat class designed to help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your body and reset .. all while your little one is right there with you.

Expect a blend of gentle strength, pelvic floor recovery, mobility and functional movement inspired by everyday motherhood, think lifting, carrying, squatting and spine extensions.

There’s no pressure to have a perfectly behaved baby or a perfectly focused workout. Feed, cuddle, pause, play - we don’t mind the chaos. Showing up is what matters.

A chance to move, meet other mums, reconnect with yourself and enjoy some time together without the worry of childcare.

Pre-walkers only.
Midwife sign-off required before attending.

We can’t wait to see you there, classes starting on Wednesday 23rd September 🤍

“My classes are grounding, nourishing and strong, with a focus on moving with intention and getting out of your head and into your body. You really don’t have to be flexible or “good at yoga.” I just want you to enjoy moving, connect with yourself and experience the many benefits yoga can bring to your mind, body and spirit. Most of all, I’ll make sure you leave thinking, “I’m so glad I came” ✨

I’m also a primary school teacher specialising in the early years and I bring that same care, patience and attentiveness into my classes, creating a space where you can feel comfortable, supported and completely yourself.

Whether you’re new to yoga, pregnant, or bringing your baby along, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are. I can’t wait to meet you on the mat 🧡”

Join Olivia for Vinyasa Yoga every Wednesday 8am AND Pregnancy Yoga every Sunday 12:30pm.
