Morning everyone!
Just wanted to share a little update with you all.
Yesterday, we managed to harrow all of our winter fields, which is fantastic news! What has me particularly excited (and yes, I know I’m easily pleased!) is that, thanks to the recent rain, we were able to harrow a little deeper than usual and remove a significant amount of dead grass.
This process not only clears away the old growth but also opens up the top layer of soil, allowing the rain we had afterwards to pe*****te much more effectively. All of this sets us up perfectly for strong, healthy grass growth ready for next winter.
If you take a look at the photos, you’ll be able to see the difference between the areas where the dead grass has been removed and the ground aerated, compared with the sections that haven’t yet been done.
We’re incredibly proud of the care and attention we put into every aspect of the yard. I don’t think many yards invest as much love and effort into their turnout areas as we do here at S K ❤️.
