IMPORTANT INFORMATION

RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP VIA CLUBMATE 2026

For some years now we have used the online Clubmate system to handle the bulk of our membership processes. However, for much of that time we have struggled to get it to perform exactly as we would want, i.e. to have it issue desired emails in the right order, on time and to have them/the recorded membership information match our membership year, i.e. main memberships running from the 1st April to 31st March.
This year we have had another go, and with some further input from Clubmate believe we may now have it set up to better match our requirements, especially for new members. For renewing members, many of whom have memberships with recorded expiry dates at different times in March/April, the system may this year struggle to issue the required documents exactly as expected* for everyone, but from next year (when everyone should have a recorded membership expiry date of 31/3) things should supposedly run without a hitch!
Before renewing via Clubmate this year please ensure a) your profile information is up to date/complete and b) you have a read of the Club Information/Fisheries Info page before proceeding.
Note. Whatever Clubmate may have recorded, all current memberships (unless specially agreed) do expire on 31/3/26, so from 1/4/26 you need to have renewed, or taken out a further membership, for the year ahead.

*We are identifying those members who renewed before the recent Clubmate changes, and if they have not been sent their full/correct membership information will be manually sending them.

Good Morning Hodnet AC Members & potential members.

Our 2026/27 membership year starts on the 1st of April, membership fees remain unchanged this season and we have stocked some new fish into a number of waters over the water period.

Please feel free to renew or apply for your membership through the Clubmate app or online portal, we look forward to another successful angling year at Hodnet Angling Club.

You will receive a new gate code on your confirmation email which is valid from 1st April 2026.

Results from yesterday's match, a great tribute to John Bullough who is a much missed member of the club

Very hard going on the top pool, middle and bottom pools fished ok.
To reiterate the chairman's words.
A big thank you to you all for taking part, it really was a case of taking part and not the winning, that was bourne out by the banter and laughs we had on the top pool.
