If you know Sonia, you’ll know she’s always smiling, always positive, and always making people laugh. She has a way of putting a smile on everyone’s face and brings great energy to the gym every day.

Sonia has been part of the Muscle Flex family for over 2 years, and we just want to say thank you. You bring so much positivity to the gym, and it never goes unnoticed.

Flex Day is something we do once a month, and honestly? No other gym is doing this. That’s what makes this place different. It’s not just about the lifts, it’s about the people, the support, and the community we’re building together every single time we step through these doors. 🙌🏼

Through consistency and hard work, he’s transformed his physique and even stepped on stage for his first Junior Bodybuilding show, taking 2nd place 🥈.
