WALX/Nordic with CoreVision provides fully qualified instructors and Walk Leaders. This is a great way to improve fitness levels in a fun way, meeting like-minded people. We offer a range of classes that are designed to suit everyone, regardless of their fitness level or health conditions. As a keen walker and someone who loves being outdoors, I encourage everyone to take part and enjoy the fun th

at it can bring to our lives, by integrating it into our daily lifestyle. Having trained as a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga Instructor, specialising in getting Clients back to fitness after an injury or illness. If you want a challenge, we also offer high intensity walks and fitness classes. Facilitating lifestyle changes that are achievable and can be maintained and adapted for each individual. WALX/Nordic walking is a great exercise that compliments my training programmes, and gives my clients the opportunity to explore another form of exercise at all levels, in a social and exhilarating environment.

What a great Wednesday walk! We headed up high into the Racecourse, winding through the cooler woodland and open farmland. It was lovely catching up and relaxing in the sunshine, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

A beautiful sunny walk at Attingham Park last week! Purple is definitely the star of the show, and the peonies are just about ready to burst into bloom.

We had a lovely sunny walk around Chirk Castle on Wednesday, such a beautiful day! The bluebells were absolutely stunning, and they smelt amazing.

We finished it off with a well-earned cup of tea and some delicious cake in the castle courtyard. A perfect afternoon!
