🖤 RIP SUE NEWLAND 🖤

Everyone at Kings & Queens Boxing Club would like to send our deepest condolences to the beautiful family and friends of Sue Newland following her sad passing.

Sue was a truly special lady, with such a big heart, an infectious laugh and a kindness that touched so many people. She was the kind of person who would always be there to help others, and she will be remembered with so much love.

Our thoughts and love are especially with Sue’s beautiful children at this heartbreaking time.
We hope the memories, love and laughter they shared with their mum will bring them some comfort in the days ahead.

Rest peacefully, Sue.
Forever loved, forever remembered. 🕊️❤️

It’s nearly time….

Jay Herbert steps into the ring on 3rd October at Gorilla Fight Night, taking on Ryan Simpson at Eirias Park, Colwyn Bay.

Jay has been putting the work in at Kings & Queens Boxing Club and fighting all over the country on the smaller shows, now it’s time for Jay to step up where he belongs on the big stage with a big step up in competition against the very good, very game and very experienced Ryan Simpson.

We want to see as much support as possible for Jay and show him the support he deserves!!

We would just like to remind everyone that sadly our club is no longer open at 58 Ennerdale road, as the building was sold by its landlord, BUT… we are still doing our adult classes for the next week or two at the Combat Hub in Bomere Heath, every night 7pm til 8pm, transport is provided.

This is only temporary while we prepare to move into a new premises, Kings and Queens Boxing Club will now be operating out of the Shropshire Combat Hubs new state of the art building in monkmoor, that will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We have all been working very hard on setting everything up inside the building and we are hoping to have everything ready to go in the next couple of weeks .

There will be countless classes throughout the day and night housing over 40 active boxers from two different clubs and the place will be fully equipped with 3 boxing rings, 1 mma cage, all matted flooring and everything needed to take all boxers to the next level, bare with us while we move in and get it all prepared, we are already one of the most active and successful boxing clubs on the circuit and things are only gonna get better thanks to the help of Josh Ray and Vicky.

In a sport that is full of so many empty promises and so much backstabbing, we have finally found a group of people to work with that care about young boxers as much as we do and are just as ambitious and hard working as we are, the future looks bright.🥊👌👑
