There are 29 muscles in the feet, how well do you use them all?
Working on engaging, strengthening and developing foot muscles, and increasing flexibility in the feet can positively affect our posture, and bring associated benefits throughout the body.
This week's Yoga for Blokes will, as always, work the whole body following a Hatha yoga sequence, and we will be spending some time focusing on developing strength and flexibility in our feet.
All abilities welcome, no previous yoga experience required.
