A little subdued but doesn’t seem to be in pain (I completed a full body check) and is walking, eating and drinking normally xx 💋

Good afternoon folks… Your weeks timetable that will see us into the start of September 👌🏼

It’s our STOMP Fit ROUND UP class on Sunday 5pm - Numbers are unusually low for a Sunday class - SO THIS IS YOUR ALERT 🚨 TO BOOK NOW

Reminder that it’s ✨BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY✨… and minimum numbers apply for both classes - The minimum number for class to go ahead is 8 people (I don’t get time and a half for working a bank holiday 🫣) The morning class is already there 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 ✅ booking will close at 4pm on Sunday for the evening class if numbers have not been reached and the class will be cancelled! If you are planning on coming PLEASE BOOK NOW

NUMBERS WILL NEED TO BE AT MINIMUM FOR BOTH AM (Zumba) AND PM (Fit•Flow) BY 4PM ON SUNDAY OR CLASSES WILL BE ❌CANCELLED❌

Earlier the better if you’re booking in - or cancelling! I hate to cancel on those who are booked and wanting to attend but classes must be viable to run.
