Here is your week ahead. As previously mentioned this week is NOT a FULL week of classes! ❌NO WEDNESDAY CLASSES❌ Freya is turning 18yrs and we have plans 🤯

🚨THURSDAY is struggling. Both classes have taken a dive in numbers over the last 3 months and it doesn’t seem to be recovering. 😢 I can’t run a FREE class if the class before is not getting the numbers necessary to subsidise it.

‼️ CANCELATION POLICY REMINDER
• You must cancel 2hrs before the class start time to receive a refund
• YOU must use GYMCATCH to cancel your space. Although appreciated, messaging me does not cancel your space and is often not seen by me until after the class has finished.
• If I cancel within the 2hr window (last minute) your refund will still be processed and you will receive it back to your PASS or as a PASS. This excludes MEMBERSHIPS as you have unlimited classes.
• No refunds will be offered back to your payment method. An AUTO REFUND or a FREE CLASS PASS via Gymcatch will be given.
