Firstly congratulations if you’ve managed to get a spot in next years Mallorca 312. Head coach Luke managed to get a slot so we’ll see you there.

To conquer the Mallorca 312, dedication is key. Coach ,a British elite cyclist and a two-time finisher in the top 10 quickest times in 2021 and 2022, brings a wealth of experience gained through months of preparation leading up to the event.

Spanning 312 kilometers and featuring nearly 5,000 meters of climbing, the event’s challenging cutoffs can catch many riders off guard. Unless you’re a professional, a meticulously designed training program can greatly enhance your performance.

1-2-1 tailored trainings plans to fit around yourself lifestyle. We understand there is downloadable training plans out there but they don’t take into account your availablity of when you can train, what your current fitness status is, and if you become ill during training.

Relationship between client and coach is very important to us, so we are contactable throughout your training and make changes when needed to fit you.

🗓️ We’ve just created our very first group ride event for Wednesday 16th October in sunny Watopia

📈 We’ve selected this date as a number of you will be coming back ‘off season’ and others will just be getting started into their winter training.

⏰ The event will be for 1.5hrs with a 6pm start. Ride along and join riders at your own pace.

A question probably a lot of riders are asking themselves at the moment - “do I need an off season?”

Cycling 4-6 days of the week over 11 months is extremely a demanding, both physically and mentally. At first taking a break from your normal training routine can be scary and you might feel like your going to loss all that hard work of fitness at a rapid rate. But in fact you won’t lose as much fitness as you think, in fact in the long run you’ll become a lot stronger.

How long to have off during off season is depended on you. One week is minimum, however two too three weeks is ideal. During the time, reflect on your season, new goals for next year and catch up with family and friends.

Rest, recharged and come back stronger 💪

Only been working with David for 2 full months so far and what improvements across the board have been made in such little time.

All time power pbs 📈

David has been training between 6-12hrs a week (with a Benidorm holiday thrown in the middle) but that wasn’t going to stop us getting David in the best possible shape to finish the season strong 💪.

The Zwift racing league is back - sign up today 📝

Zwift racing league is the biggest virtual cycling competition, which returns this autumn. However as many rides will still be enjoying ‘hopefully’ outside riding throughout Sept/Oct we will be starting from round 2 (every Tuesday 12th Nov - 17th Dec).

Each ZWL round are either scratch races, points races or team time trials.

We have teams for all categories
A (>5.1 w/kg)
B (>4.1 w/kg)
C (>3.2 w/kg)

Hi, I’m Luke 🙋‍♂️

I have a huge passion in cycling, friendly and very motivated to be better at whatever comes my way.
I’ve been racing within the British Cycling scene for nearly 10 years now, throughout that time I have achieved far more than I could have imagine. In 2022 I gained enough points to get my elite licence which had been a dream of mine from when I begun racing. Throughout that time I’ve been racing at the highest level in the UK (whether that’s the national elite road race or crit series) and competing against world tour lads at National championships….while all still balancing a full time job. Along side all of that I’ve also competed within a few ‘sportives’, I’ve achieved the following 2 x top 10 Mallorca 312 finisher in 2022 & 2023 (both times sub 9.5hrs) and 3rd place at Ride London 100 2019 (old classic loop).
I’ve loved racing and getting my hands in the air a number of times, but for everything I’ve learnt along the way, I am now hugely passionate about give my sporting experience and knowledge to other cyclists to help them get stronger. Whether your goal is to break pbs, win races or whatever your goals maybe I can help you achieve that.
This doesn’t mean I have finished my cycling racing career; I still have several events which I have my eyes on.
