Bishops Caundle recently travelled to Sherborne to play their final league game of the season.

The opposition were on form and Bishops struggled with the fast paced mat.

Team 1. Sheila, Carole & Doug 15 - 28

Team 2. Pete, Pat & Colin 11 - 24

Despite the loss, both teams had an enjoyable afternoon.

The recent home match saw Bishops Caundle take 6 points

Team 1 Colin, David & Peter secured a 24-6 win
Team 2 Sheila, Carol & Doug secured a 27-7 victory

Bishops Caundle 6 Milborne Port 0

Bishops Caundle hosted Milborne Port at the beginning of January.

Team 1 Colin, David & Peter secured a 29-8 victory
Team 2 Sheila, Pat & Carol secured a 43-11 win

Later in January Bishops travelled to Milborne Port for a return match.

Team 1 Colin, David & Peter drew their match 17-17
Team 2 Sheila, Doug & Carol won 24-6

Bishops Caundle 4 ~ Gillingham 2

In our 4th league match of the season Bishops Caundle travelled to Gillingham.

Team 1. Pete, Doug & Di secured an 18-1 lead after 10 ends and were able to extend their lead after 20 ends with a 30-13 victory.
Team 2. Sheila, Carol & Pat put up a good fight but despite their best efforts a strong Gillingham team pipped them to victory.

Good match, good fun, Well done all.

In their 3rd match of the season Team 1 and Team 2 recently secured a comfortable win against Sherborne.

Both teams were leading after the first 10 ends and went on to secure victory in the second half.
