Awesome Junior Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class yesterday. We worked on our hand fighting skills and leg attacks. We’re not sure what Joseph is doing in this picture! But we’d like to wish him good luck at his BJJ competition tomorrow. 😁🤞

We’re still going to be reintroducing our 4-8 year old classes now Coach Charlie has his college timetable. We will be in touch with all the parents soon! Classes for our younger age group should start at the end of September. 🗓️

We've decided to postpone all kids classes for this week. The heat is too intense for the kids to train safely and the unit is way too hot. We'll be back Monday for business as usual.

Please do not send your children to the club this week as it will be closed.
