Straps “build up your grip strength” - training back not my forearms. Since using straps my back has developed loads!

Rest days are part of the plan. So is pushing through when it gets tough. The difference between where you are and where you want to be is consistency.

QUICK FIXES ⚡️
Everyone wants to go from A ➡️ B as fast as possible.

But the truth is — real change takes time, discipline, and a bit of hardship.

Keep showing up. Stick to the plan. Stay patient.

PROGRESS ≠ SCALES

Too many people think the number on the scale is the only way to measure success. It’s not. Fixating on it kills motivation.

Look at progress differently:
➖ Visual changes
➖ Feeling stronger & fitter
➖ Lifts going up
➖ Cardio getting easier
➖ Resting heart rate dropping
➖ Clothes fitting better

The scales tell part of the story. Your body and performance tell the real story.
