I’m based at TJW Pilates, working alongside Tracey Wilson in her fabulous studio.
Pilates helps improve muscle strength (particularly core muscles), balance, flexibility and posture. These improvements can help you to manage and reduce any injuries/issues.
Class sizes are small, allowing personalised tuition, in a relaxed and friendly environment. Suitable for ALL levels, with adaptation for anyone who requires it (pregnancy/underlying medical issues etc).
