First game of the season saw us victorious in a game against kilton united with a scoreline of 3-2

The lads went 0-1 down to a penalty for the visitors which meant we really had to wake up and change our style of play we equalised through a great strike from Joe wallhead and didn’t want to stop there, half time came and a few choice words from the gaffer and a couple of substitutes we really upped our game with goals coming from Elliott Barnard and Brad Parker who sent his man the wrong way and buried one with this right foot. We became too complacent and allowed our opponents to score with 5 minutes to go meaning we had to hold out and soak up the pressure.
Definitely not our best performance as a collective but it’s 3 points on the board

MESTER COME OUT WINNERS IN THE LOCAL DERBY vs Thurcroft hub

A dominant performance yet again from the Mester boys.
3-0 victory with Goals from Louis Hellewell, Keegan hubbuck and Matt Green sealed the win against our rivals. 7 from 7 in pre season.

Another win for The Little Mester FC thats 6 from 6. Yesterday’s opponents Sherwood Rangers who are in the same division as us for the upcoming season. Was easily our best performance from our friendlies we upped our level of football today and we played some of the best football we've ever played. We raced into an early 3-0 lead and didn't let our performance dip and ended up coming away with an 8-0 win.

Man of the match today i couldn't pick just 1 person because there was too many good performances. Ive gave it 2 players Keegan Hubbuck and Archie Elliott both were unbelievable throughout the game.

Up next our final friendly and definitely our toughest test against Thurcroft Hub Away kick off 10:30 on the 23/8/26. Lets get some support and come and cheer the lads on see if we can make it 7 wins from 7 friendlies

Another change in opponent for this weekend coming, with Murphy’s FC advancing to the next stage of the cup they are now unavailable to play against ourselves. Good luck to Murphy’s with the cup run. Our focus now turns to Sherwood rangers a team who are in the same division as us this year

5 out of 5 for The Little Mester FC today's opponents The Colin FC who are in our league for the upcoming season and are a well organised side. We wasnt at our usual best today The Colin FC made it difficult but the boys still dug deep and we've come away with a 5-2 victory. With the pick of the goals first from Corey Walker a fantastic lob over the keeper from range and Louis Hellewell thought he'd try his luck with a first time finish from 40 yards lobbing the keeper ill let the boys decide whos was best.

4 out 4 in pre season for The Little Mester FC. Today's opponents was Swinton Athletic in the League above us a very physical side and we was missing a handful of players. The boys we're fantastic from start to finish we raced into a 3-0 early lead. But Swinton come back and made it 3-2 but we upped our game again and come out on top and ended up winning 6-3.

The gaffer’s comments after today’s performance.

Another win for The Little Mester FC thats 3 out of 3. Milldam FC in the League above was today's opponents a very well organised team and took some breaking down. We came into half time level at 1-1 but eventually came out on top with a well deserved 4-1 win.
