We're running a PARKOUR trip to MADRID that will show you a unique side of the city

Of course, there will still be plenty of time for good food & drink, visiting tourist hotspots and buying souvenirs!

This is a perfect trip to come and learn parkour for the first time or if you just want to come and meet some like-minded people and train under the Spanish sun

Workshops from qualified coaches will help you learn new skills and get you thinking in new ways

And before you say it - YOU'RE NEVER TOO OLD to start parkour. It's not just jumping from rooftops. You will be learning to jump, climb, swing and more, all set to an apporpriate level for your abilities

🔥Impressive work from Tomek🔥

What's most impressive is not that he learnt it in just 10 mins (although that is definitely an achievement).

It's that even though he achieved his goal, he still pushed himself to find new challenges.

We're not all going to learn a backflip so quickly (I know it took me a lot longer)

If you focus on setting yourself a challenge in a session, whether that's practising consistency in a move you already know how to do or trying it without the coach standing next to you for the 100th time when you can already land it, then you'll finish the session having improved without needed to learning any brand new skills
