3 - Free Discord community, where we talk games and gains and I help you get Gains In Real Life, with a supportive community, free tips, workouts, recipes and challenges this is the place where gamers unite and level up in real life.
4 - Online PT sessions - held on Discord, Zoom or Teams we'll both be on video and we'll do personal training remotely, all you need is a good internet connection and we work with whatever kit you have... We can still get a solid session in without any equipment.
