What an incredible day for our Junior & Teen Savages! 👊🔥

Grading Day is the moment where all those weeks of training, learning and hard work come together.

Our students were challenged on their technique, fitness, focus, discipline and determination, putting everything they have learned into practice on the grading floor.

And what an atmosphere we had! 🔥

The support from our parents and families was absolutely amazing. The cheering, encouragement and pride could be felt throughout Firth Park Academy.

🥋🔥 WHAT IS GRADING DAY? 🔥🥋

22ND AUGUST 2026 | FIRTH PARK ACADEMY

For our Junior & Teen Savages, Grading Day is so much more than simply receiving a new belt.

It’s the day where all the hard work they’ve put in during training is put to the test. 👊

Throughout their Savage journey, our students learn techniques, combinations, fitness, discipline, focus and the mindset needed to keep improving.

Then comes GRADING DAY.

They step onto the floor.

They demonstrate what they’ve learned.

They are challenged.

They are pushed.

And most importantly…

THEY HAVE TO BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES. 🔥

For some students, it’s the nerves of performing in front of their parents.

For others, it’s pushing through a fitness challenge they didn’t think they could complete.

For everyone, it’s an opportunity to show how much they’ve developed since their last grading.

And when that belt is finally earned…

THAT BELT REPRESENTS THE WORK. 🥋

The early mornings.

The training sessions.

The techniques they struggled with.

The times they didn’t want to train.

The times they wanted to give up.

And the decision to keep going.

Firth Park Academy was absolutely BUZZING for our Junior & Teen Grading Day! 🔥

The atmosphere was something else.

The nerves before stepping onto the floor.

The intensity once grading began.

The smiles when it was all over.

And that feeling of knowing you’ve just pushed yourself further than you did before.

Our Junior & Teen Savages gave it everything they had and we couldn’t be prouder of the effort they put in. 👊

Every kick, every combination, every fitness challenge and every technique was the result of weeks and months of training.

But the biggest achievement wasn’t the belt.

There’s something special about watching your child do something they once thought they couldn’t.

Today was grading day and WOW… what a day it was! 💯

A HUGE congratulations to every single Little Savage and Junior Savage who stepped onto the mats today. You all worked incredibly hard, showed courage, discipline, determination and gave everything you had from start to finish. 👊🥋

And the best part…

💯 100% PASS RATE! 💯

Every single one of our Little Savages and Junior Savages passed their grading today! What an incredible achievement and something every single one of you should be unbelievably proud of. 🥹🔥

The judges were extremely impressed with the standard, effort, discipline and attitude shown by our Savages throughout the grading. Hearing such fantastic feedback about our kids made us incredibly proud.

We have seen so much growth, confidence and development throughout this rotation. Watching the kids push themselves, overcome their nerves, support each other and perform at such a high standard today was absolutely brilliant.

A massive thank you to all of our amazing parents ❤️

Thank you for bringing your children to training, supporting them at home, encouraging them when things get tough and always being there in their corner. Your support plays such a massive part in their journey.
