Start your week strong by hitting the core every Monday. A short, sharp blast of targeted core work to bolster your week ahead. 30mins
Let's Be Toned! (LBT)
A whole body workout comprising of aerobic exercises, resistance work for the lower and upper body using a combination of light to medium weights and body weight. 45mins
Friday Interval Training (FIT!)
Does what it says really. Its on a Friday, intense intervals, train you hard. Uses cardio, body strength exercises to your max. 30mins
Midweek Mindfullness (Mindful Munch Hour!)
An opportunity to reset and restore halfway through the week with a guided meditation. You may like to use cushions, blankets or blocks to find ease within the stillness. Then enjoy this signature class combining aspects of both. Great for posture and precision. Also perfect if you're pushed for time to attend any of the other ballet or yoga based sessions.
