SPORTS MASSAGE = RECOVERY

✅️ Improved blood flow & circulation → Helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to muscles while removing waste products like lactate.

✅️ Reduced muscle soreness → Many studies show that massage can decrease delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) after hard training.

✅️ Lowered muscle tension → Relaxes tight tissues and restores normal movement patterns.

✅️ Nervous system effects → Massage activates the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) system, reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

✅️ Perceived recovery → Even when objective markers (like strength restoration) don’t improve much, athletes often feel better and more ready to train again.

🌟🌟 A LITTLE INTRODUCTION ABOUT ME 🌟🌟

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from those focused on weight loss to individuals aiming to build strength and muscle. I've coached people of all abilities, which has helped me adapt and evolve my training style to suit each individual’s needs.

Alongside personal training, I also offer sports massage therapy to support recovery, reduce muscular tension, and improve overall movement. I believe training and recovery go hand in hand—helping clients feel, move, and perform their best.

I genuinely love what I do. Building strong professional relationships—whether with clients or colleagues—is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. While I’m serious about getting results, I also believe fitness should be fun. Life’s intense enough, so I always aim to bring a positive, supportive energy to every session.

Watching my clients grow in gym confidence is what drives me—because that confidence often leads to progress, whether it’s on the barbell, the tape measure, or simply how they carry themselves. I’m passionate about helping people realise their full potential, and seeing their faces after hitting a new personal best? That never gets old.

------------THE RELEASE-----------
I felt so much better after this session! I have been putting off training for a few days now and I just needed to be pushed to do something. This was that something which my body craved. Switching up your training is essential to keep it fun but then to shock that body. Train outside of your comfort zones.
If you need that push! You need someone to take the thinking away then don't hesitate to message me.

Tina puts everything into her sessions and I am happy to say it is paying off. She has gone from a 50kg Deadlift to a 65kg for a strong 5 reps in over 6 weeks 💪
Her main focus/goal is to develop strength and it is definitley showing. Well done .earl_ 👏👏

🍑🍑🍑GLUTES DAY BABAYYYY🍑🍑🍑
As the 4 week shred has come to an end I think it's time to build some muscle 💪
Over the course of the next 8 weeks I want to put as much muscle on without gaining too much fat 🐽
So I am going to keep my boxing in my weekly schedule for at least once a week 🥊
Glute and Hamstrings was today's workout here is some 🎥 of my top sets on Bridges and Sumos. At the end of the workout I put in a little burning circuit flipping heck my Glutes felt it 🍑

I have been able to do this whilst been away on holiday and not sticking to my diet 100%. Although I have upped my cardio this month.
