A huge thank you to *Juiice Way* for sponsoring Handsworth Cricket Club and supporting our juniors. The team had an amazing time visiting, and the smiles say it all! Your kindness and generosity means so much to the club and gives our young players something to be really proud of both on and off the pitch.

And a massive thank you to all the parents too. For the lifts to training, the early mornings, the cheering from the sidelines, and for bringing the kids down day in, day out. Your support is the backbone of Handsworth CC. None of this happens without you 🙏

What an incredible experience for Handsworth Cricket Club! A huge thank you to Uno Padel for opening your doors and giving our juniors the chance to try padel. From the first serve they were hooked — running, laughing, and diving for every ball. I’ve never seen them sweat that much or have that much fun at the same time! It was the perfect mix of energy, teamwork, and new skills, and you could see their confidence grow with every rally.

The opportunity you gave us meant the world. For many of the kids it was their first time picking up a padel racket, and they absolutely loved it. Thank you for being so welcoming, for coaching with patience, and for creating such a brilliant, safe space for them to try something new.

What a season 2026 has been 👏

To our *U9s finishing 7th* — you should be so proud. At this age it’s all about learning, growing, and falling in love with the game, and you did exactly that. Every week you turned up with smiles, worked hard, listened, and got better. 7th place doesn’t tell half the story of the progress, the teamwork, and the moments of brilliance we saw from every single one of you.

To our *U11s Division 3 taking 3rd* — what a fight you put in. You battled, you stuck together, and you earned that podium spot. And to our *U11s Premier — CHAMPIONS, 1st place* 🏆 You set the standard all year. The focus, the discipline, the way you played for each other… you made it look special. Topping the Premier division is huge, and you did it with heart. Playing Against the top clubs in Sheffield.

And to our *U13s finishing 2nd* — you were right there. The growth this year has been incredible to watch. You pushed each other, you supported each other, and you represented the club with pride every single match day. 2nd place is something to hold your heads high about.

The truth is, every single player across U9s, U11s, and U13s has done brilliantly to get here. You’ve turned up in the rain, in the cold, after school, when you were tired — and you gave it your all. That’s what makes this season so good.

And a huge thank you to all the parents. For the lifts to training, the sideline cheers, the kit washing, the early Saturday mornings, and being there day in, day out. None of this happens without you.

*Huge congratulations to every player, coach, and family.* This was a season to be proud of. Let’s carry this energy into next year 💚💙
