FlexiCORE will be starting Monday 6th January and will run every Monday 12:15 - 1pm.
Flexicore is a mixture of Pilates and yoga, designed to improve mobility, core strength and flexibility. We will use Pilates principles to improve core strength, stability and balance, and yoga flows to develop flexibility and mobility. This class is open to everyone, with plenty of options to challenge you whatever your level.

Santa’s sleigh is being prepped for the big day so we’re going to be warming up like all the elves and reindeer will be too!

£5 for one child and adult, £3.50 for any additional children.

45 minutes of fun exercises for the whole family!
