U11s v U10s
New Road v New Road

Today we played a friendly away at EKC both teams light on players with the u11s having just 7.

Some fantastic football on display from both teams regardless both teams pushing each other all the way! The u10s took a 2-0 lead inside the first half Noah slotting calmly home scoring his second goal for New Road and Alfie setting up Seb for the 2nd.

2nd half came around and despite some good moments from the u11s in the first half it was backs to the wall for the u10s for the remainder of the 2nd half. Wave after wave of u11 attack saw us concede a goal before the final 10 minutes which made for a nervy ending to the game with some great saves from our keeper Noah and brave defending from others saw us take the win right to the end.

Very proud manager this evening they worked their socks off for each other played some great football along the way.

The main thing the smiles! This makes it all worth it

A few weeks ago we had our presentation for this year being u9s.
Was such a very wet one.
But great to get the team together celebrating each other.
