class is cancelled on 31st July because even your instructor needs a night out. If you hear rumours of someone attempting the splits after a few vodka red bulls... mind your business 😂 see you all on August 7th!

unfortunately I believe it's best to cancel tonight's stretch class due to the heat as it will not be enjoyable for any one!

there is no class on July 3rd, so we will be back on July 10th, when it will hopefully no longer be the temperature of Satan's armpit.
