Pilates is for everybody! Men can reap the benefits of pilates as much as anyone.

A good pilates programme can strengthen the core, help with hamstring flexibility, spinal health/ mobility and improve golfers and tennis elbow - to name a few!

Our lives are now more sedentary so we suffer from lower back pain, weak hips, sore shoulders etc. Pilates connected breathing with movement can help calm the mind and offers a welcome break in a hectic world.
