Today, we climbed on the magnificent big crag Penya Martines, just above Guadalest, and home to many of our past first ascents, mainly five pitch fully equipped sports routes up to 8b.
Error of Judgement (6a, 5, 5, 5) 158m (Trad) was today’s route. A climb I last climbed back in 10th of June 2012! And with my dad. Today, we were joined by Nilas (From Denmark), and enjoyed the chilly conditions in the shade, knowing how hot it would be in the sun today. An adventurous route, which has probably not seen much if any repeats since the first ascent, as neither have our other routes on the crag....which is a darn shame as its so nice up there.
