Lion's Lift Club – 6-Week Barbell & Strength Course (with free taster sessions!)
Unleash your inner strength with Lion's Lift Club Lion Fitness!
This six-week course is designed to help you build confidence and technique with barbell and strength training
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your form, this program will help you become more confident in strength training, see real results in strength and body composition all whilst in an exclusive gym setting (so no fighting for weights or feeling crowded)
✔️ Suitable for all abilities – beginner-friendly, with progressions for experienced lifters
✔️ Expert coaching in a supportive, small-group environment
✔️ Focus on key barbell lifts – squats, deadlifts, presses, and more
✔️ Introduction to Olympic weightlifting basics – learning the sn**ch and clean & jerk fundamentals
✔️ Studio-based sessions with professional equipment
