Pregnancy + Postnatal Yoga with Natalie Scattergood Yoga

The perfect way to stretch out, feel strong and calm, and meet other mamas - if you’re on the wild ride of parenting, this is your place!

Mondays 7:30-9pm: Pregnancy Yoga
Thursdays 10:30-12noon: Postnatal Yoga

Daytime classes!
Creative, flowing movement and mindfulness, friendly light hearted classes suitable for all levels, with Lucy Corbally Yoga

Tuesdays 10-11:15am: Mindful Midweek Flow

Saturdays 9:30-10:45am: Saturday Morning Yoga Club

Our ever popular monthly get together to move, chat books, and unwind - all in gorgeous company. Perfect evenings do exist!

I’ve been running this class in various guises for years. It’s always been a community class with depth, heart and meaning (which is what Breathing Space is all about✨)

Starting the weekend in good company;
Friendly faces, no pressure;
You don’t have to be a yoga expert. All levels welcome. Come just as you are and we’ll meet you there.

Mindful meditation. Creative flows. Intentional rest.

75 minutes that give you the reset we all need.

HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY BREATHING SPACE!!

Thank you so much for being here 💖

It’s no mean feat running a small independent business 😅 but when I see what we make together…my heart is full.

I created this space with the intention of it being a place that felt you could exhale; the highest quality teaching right in the centre of our community.

I never imagined it would bring me new best friends that feel like family.
New ways of thinking, and new ways of teaching.

Over the last two years we’ve shared laughter, tears, pregnancies, new babies, life changes, friendships, cups of tea and countless downward dogs.

What I’m most proud of isn’t the timetable or our beautiful studio (although…yes!🪴). It’s the feeling people tell me they get when they walk through the door.

Kind. Unpretentious. Welcoming.

A space where you don’t need to be flexible, fit, experienced or anything other than yourself. You’re welcome. Always.

And I couldn’t do any of it without the most wonderful team. Natalie, Katy and Lauren bring so much warmth, skill, care and personality to everything they teach, and Breathing Space is infinitely better because of them.

To everyone who has attended a class, booked a course, come to an event, recommended us to a friend, liked a post or simply cheered us on from afar: thank you 🙏🏽

You’ve helped create something really special.
