💪 Our 14-Day Shred came to an end on Sunday, and the fantastic results are starting to come in!
We’ve seen pounds lost, inches dropped, and some incredible progress in just 14 days. But what makes me happiest isn’t the numbers on the scales.
It’s the new habits people have developed.
Planning meals ahead, drinking more water, getting more steps in, taking regular walks, improving portion control, exercising consistently, and feeling back in control of their health and fitness.
These are the things that create long-term results.
The goal of the 14-Day Shred has never been to be perfect for two weeks. It’s about using those two weeks as a kick-start to build habits that can last long after the challenge has finished.
A huge well done to everyone who took part. Whether you lost weight, lost inches, improved your fitness, boosted your energy levels, or simply proved to yourself that you could stick to a plan, you should be proud of what you’ve achieved.
