Great morning at Burton Stather Primary School teach VX Again. Such a nice thank you from the teachers and pupils, exactly why I started teaching sports in the first place was seeing the kids faces and seeing the fun they have, makes it all worth while lots of fun had by all.

Out tomorrow once more at a school to deliver a VX Rock it ball session. It's been over 7 years since I have delivered this sport. Also back at The Pods Scunthorpe during the summer holidays as part of the refuelled program on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council again to deliver VX Rock it ball.

Archery is a full body workout that improves stamina, endurance, balance, and coordination, and it won't surprise you to learn that archery improves upper body strength as well. In fact, archery is a great upper body workout for men and a great upper body workout for women

Archery is running at both Broughton and Quibell Park on a Saturday. Broughton at Phil Grundy Sports center, 10.00 - 12.00 cost £5.50 per session. Quibell Park runs 12.00 - 14.00 but may change to earlier time in future same price £5.50 per session. Must register as a member on Spond,this does not commit you to anything but is needed for insurance purposes and information register here

I have started an Archery session at Quibell Park, this is for Adults and Children, this will be on going provided it is sustainable. I would require anyone wishing to take part to sign up on Spond, this is for insurance purposes and information, by signing up you are not committing to anything, but to allow you to shoot even if only the once. this session is starting sat 20.08.22 every 2 weeks at 12:00 - 14:00 and costs £5.50 per session all equipment and training provided by a qualified Archery GB Instructor, fully insured and DBS cleared.
