Dawn joined our classes around four months ago, coming along to both You Do YOU on a Monday and Lift & Lengthen on a Wednesday…but it genuinely feels as though she’s always been part of our crew.

She has the most infectious smile, brings such lovely energy into the room and gives her all to absolutely everything.

We’re very lucky to have Dawn as part of our crew. 💚

It’s a different version of She’s a Maniac, with tempo changes that had me going round in circles with the choreo for a while!

But I’ve kept it easy to follow, because that’s what You Do YOU is all about-moves you can pick up, make your own and have a brilliant time doing 💚🔥

What an AMAZING class tonight!!!! 💚💥

My team absolutely smashed the new track… although somewhere along the way, the lyrics changed from “Pump It Louder” to “Donkey Powder” 🤣🤣🤣
And now none of us will ever hear it properly again!

Anything can happen in a You Do YOU class… and usually does! 🤣💚
