Another 1-0 away win for the lads this morning against a tidy outfit. Didn’t quite get the rub of the green on a number of occasions which could have seen us come away with a more comfortable scoreline. Good luck to Botty for the season 💪

Our last preseason game ends in defeat, against a team that were well drilled and knocked the ball around well. However, the game was decided by a soft penalty decision.

First game back for pre-season
Vs AF brumby hall
Unfortunately lost 3-2 but some really good positives to take some minutes in the legs vs young lads who made us work hard all game.
Titch and Matty both on the score sheet on there debuts for burton with brilliant well taken goals with some nice build up play.
Motm - Toby dring hill captained the side for day and also played in centre half for the first time and didn’t look a second out of place really deserved Motm 👏

Saturday we had our presentation night congratulations to
Joe Woolhouse and Callum Thompson who both finished joint top goal scorers.
Players player was Liam greathead well deserved has been brilliant all season only missing 1 game all season too.
Mangers player was skipper Elliott brown who has been an Engine in the middle of the park turning up hungover most weekends but was still a rat.

Secretary’s player of the year was Joe Woolhouse picking up his second award of the evening well done Joe fully deserved after playing multiple positions all year and worked hard where ever he was played.
