Our beginners program has been suc

cessful for a number of years, with some of our runners going on to run 10k, half marathon and some have achieved their ultimate goal of completing a marathon! The main elements of the Program are highlighted below:

8 Week program aimed at getting you running non stop for 5k. Following this course, we will move up to our “improvers” program, to build on your pace and stamina. Gradually building up the distance and intensity as we progress. Full support given throughout by a UKA qualified instructor. Small groups all of a similar ability. You need to be able to commit to working out 3 times a week. Once as a group, where you will be shown that weeks workout and then two further sessions in your own time. Tips and Advice given on how to avoid the common mistake new runners often makes. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
