Congratulations go to Frankie, Oscar and Zac for winning today’s awards 🤩

Frankie was outstanding in the centre of the park, controlling the game throughout with his dominance & scoring two great goals. A number of assists and a real impressive display!

Oscar was given the award from Teddy for once again finishing his chances off ruthlessly, helping himself to four fantastic goals. A real threat in attack throughout the match!

Zac worked hard down the right hand side, playing some nice passes and finishing off a great team goal with a tidy finish!

There were goals galore in this morning’s game with a very talented Messingham GW ⚽️

An action packed game from start to finish, with both teams creating lots of chances to score and taking those chances well too! The boys came from behind on two occasions during the game, showing resilience and determination when required.

Oscar bagged another 4 goals, with Frankie S and Sam scoring 2 each and Zac also on the scoresheet ⚽️🔥

With Eaton away today, Jack and Sam also did really well in goal today for the team too.

Every player received a Become Unplayable task card tonight, to think about away from training and ahead of tomorrow’s game 🧠

Each of them has a scenario to reflect on before the match, ready to share and discuss their decision with their teammates 🗣️

Congratulations to Ozzy, Frankie and Freddie for winning today’s awards 🤩

⭐️ Oscar was a real handful for the opposition, scoring 4 great goals and providing assists and opportunities for his teammates too!

⭐️ Frankie dominated the middle of the pitch, leading the team with his energy, work rate and quality on the ball. A great goal scored and some superb assists!

⭐️ Freddie was once again calm and composed with the ball, very rarely giving it away and so helping the team attack with the ball. He pressed and won the ball back with great determination too!

An entertaining friendly match for the boys this morning against Broughton Panthers ⚽️

A sluggish start saw them go a goal down early on, but in the second quarter they played with more intensity and pressure which saw Frankie S bring the game level with a great strike. Further goals from Ozzy and Frankie O put the boys well in control 👏🏻

Both teams tried to play football and passed the ball well, with Ozzy sealing his hat trick before also seeing the GK make an outstanding save to deny him another 🔥

Some good attacking play from the boys saw further goals from Ozzy, after a great ball from Frankie S, and Alvin following good work from Ozzy! 🙌🏻

Great to see a young referee from Broughton do an outstanding job in his first ever game officiating too ⭐️

Well done Poachers! 💛💙

⭐️Players of the Day⭐️

Congratulations to Eaton, Frankie and Alvin for winning today’s awards 👏🏻

Eaton made a number of great saves and played out from the back with confidence. Frankie scored a great goal, worked hard defensively and made some pleasing attacking runs. Alvin also played with a great attitude, kept possession well and was dangerous in attack ⚽️🔥

As always, big thanks to superstar Teddy for helping with the awards too! 💙💛

A much improved performance today from the Poachers against Brigg Town U11 ⚽️

The boys battled so hard without the ball, remaining strong and solid throughout the match. In possession they played some superb football, passing around the pitch with confidence and quality!

A long range free kick from Frankie O put them in the lead early on, with Oscar then adding a second late on following a great through ball from Frankie S. A number of great saves from Eaton ensured the boys kept a clean sheet too 🙌🏻
