The BEST decision I Ever made

You don’t realise how it effects you

Especially as you age women it really effects your body

Listen I’m not saying go fully sober but those glasses of wine each night are a big reason why your bloated, sleep is s**t and you can’t lose weight

So I saw trying out this glute exercise in the hack squat and had to give it a try

Cos you know I love a good glute exercise 🍑

While this gave great glute engagement and was stable, to do it on your own in my option just wasn’t safe, to get both sides of the safety hooks off the hack wasn’t easy and that was with no plates on. I personally think doing a glute exercise like this in the smith machine would be a better option.

I love to give things a try to see what works well and what doesn’t so you don’t have to

When an old photo reminds you of how far you have come

This has to be at least 8 years ago

Back then I would do crazy diets and just want to “burn calories” and be the smallest version of me

I had 0 energy and also lived for the weekends

Now

I want big shoulders, I want muscle and shape and to be the strongest version of me

Especially for my future

Let this be your sign to lift the weights and eat the food to perform and thrive

Oh and lifting weights won’t make you look like a man!

I never find it easy but I always say if it was then everyone would do it and you would be where you wanted to be!

Some days are easier then others but I know one things about me and I think my dad grilled this into me from my young quad racing days was “we don’t quit” and absolutely don’t

Exactly why I’m showing you light weight loss everyday with the scales on my story. I mean Vicki a good 7 years ago had a very well or nothing approach and would emotionally eat if the scale spiked up and start again Monday

I educated myself and worked on myself to improve the relationship with food and the scales so know exactly what tools work and have that balance

Now I coach and help people everyday improve and get results,

Chocolate isn’t the issue
Bread isn’t the issue

It’s labels like bad and good and how you approach your diet

No need to cut foods out because that leads to an all or nothing approach

I eat chocolate every day… why because if I don’t I know I will want it more and go crazy for a few days and that’s not going to help

Struggle with this then this is what I help people with everyday to manage and get results in the process
