🤣 and the very end!

I am so passionate about this. I see other women even PT’s telling women that carbs like potatoes are bad for them yet they will drink alcohol on the regular

Well Susan I would rather eat a chuffing jacket spud then drink alcohol

Ditch the empty calories, watch your sleep improve, your hormones and that belly improve
And I guarantee you will feel better

Not to mention notice a few more pounds in your purse!!

Meet nick

Before he joined the program he was going to the gym and he even lost weight on his own
BUT
It’s stopped and didn’t know how to progress and take it to the next level alone

So he invested into himself to progress
He stopped wasting time in the gym doing a full arms session because he wanted good biceps

Educated him on food and improved his relationship on food

With the accountability and coaching he lost over 45lbs with me

Is stronger and faster then ever

Meet Shauna. A women who has transformed her life in the last 14 months

Losing over 70lbs and eats milky stars for breakfast!
But it wasn’t always like that

She came to me unhappy, lost and had tried everything. She was even on the weight loss injection and didn’t lose weight with that… and she soon realised after our chats we had deep work to do

And she did. Shauna showed up on days she didn’t want to. Communicated with me and even when Things didn’t go to plan we controlled what we could.

Fast forward to today Shauna is back to work and enjoys daily walks outside. Is a confident queen so much she is taking part in the group photoshoot in 5 weeks time.

When you think of your food like your bank balance it’s amazing what can change!

Oh and you will save a few quid as well. It’s mental how much those treats add up on the waistline as well as your purse

Listen I could have.m jar of peanut butter and sink a spoon in that bad boy and eat it like Winnie the Pooh with honey, so powdered peanut butter has saved me
