Coral Bay Swim School Hello,
We are Gilly and Beckie the co-owners of Coral Bay Swim school. We very much look forward to welcoming new swimmers and families along the way.

Until recently our swim school was formerly known as the very popular Yvonne Picknell swim school, where we both spent the last 10 years combined working alongside Yvonne to create a safe and fun environment for children to learn and build upon the fundamental skills of swimming. As Yvonne has decided to take a much deserved step towards retirement, we are both honoured and super excited to be given the opportunity to run the swim school together as both passionate swimming instructors and friends. We’re now taking bookings for our after school swimming lessons starting in September.

We currently have spaces available in our Summer Intensives for improvers and more confident swimmers.

These focused one-hour sessions are designed to help swimmers improve their technique, build stamina and develop confidence.

Available spaces:
Week 1 — 11:00am
Week 2 — 10:00am

We’re excited to be offering TWO intensive weeks this summer!

Due to their popularity and the interest we’ve already received, we’re delighted to offer two separate intensive courses instead of one.

These intensive sessions are equivalent to a full term of swimming lessons condensed into three consecutive days, providing swimmers with extra time in the water and the consistency needed to make real progress.

Perfect for:
✔ Building core swimming skills
✔ Getting summer ready
✔ Improving confidence in the water
✔ Enhancing existing skills
✔ Extra support with a particular skill or stroke
✔ Improving technique through longer sessions and consistent practice
