✨BRINSLEY BOBCATS (3) v SPARTANS (9) ✨

Our 9-3 victory today has secured us a spot in the semi-finals!! 🏆

The lads smashed it once again today! We tried a new formation today so I was worried that the lads would wobble a bit. But they listened to what was expected of them and performed brilliantly. Some good link up play between the lads is starting to progress and it’s brilliant to see. Every single one of them shone today and it’s brilliant to see them all coming together as a team, performing well and most of all seeing them happy smiling faces at the end!

Special shoutout to Kacper today. Although he had over 10 shots and couldn’t find the back of the net, he didn’t let him get him down and kept trying right to the very end. Also to Owen as well. Some good saves between the sticks and going forward well with the ball when he was playing CM and banged in some goals. Great determination from all the lads. I couldn’t ask for more!

MOTM: Today went to Oliver. “Relished” his new role in this new formation and battled well up and down the line.

PPOTM: Goes to Betty. Was strong at the back and distributed the ball out well from the bag. Also got a goal from a free kick, which he claims “wasn’t a fluke” 😂

Well done boys, totally deserved the win today!

•SPARTANS 3-3 West Hallam •

First time playing in our new kit! ⚽️

Fab game all in all yesterday, got stuck in straight away, 2-0 up at half time!

2nd half we thought we’d bagged the win already, but conceded 3 goals! we mananged another goal in the last few minutes which secured us the draw.

MOTM was Oliver, smashed it down the right hand side, took players on well & made some brilliant crosses!

PPOTW was Charlie(Betty) smashed it again with another goal under his belt.

Brilliant 3-1 win to us!

These lads are all getting to know each other a lot better and it shows in their games!

Brilliant team work throughout them all!
& even when we’re winning, we still get frustrated during the match but that shows we care!

Special shout-out to our coaches, Ash and Josh for always showing up for the lads, giving great advice and always cheering them on no matter the score!

Brilliant game again from our boys! kept their heads up the whole game, great defending and playing great as a team which bagged us the 4-0!

A fantastic win today for the lads, they all played amazing and so well as a team! with some great passing and tackling!

Never gave up and got us the 4-3 win!

Brilliant hat-trick from 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐞!

MOTM goes to ⭐️ 𝐎𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞 ⭐️ battled the whole way through the game, kept his head up and had some great shots.

POTM goes to ⚽️ 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 ⚽️ voted for by the lads, great tackling and control.
